“Service, and shipping were fantastic. Online ordering was very simple. The quality of the coffee is average. It all tastes the same and is very weak for expresso. My Nespresso struggles to puncture the pod for brewing.”

“Three packets of beans were ordered but out of the three only one was beans. Had to give away the ground coffee family.”

“I like the coffee and the subscription service. But you can’t add the recycle bag to a subscription order. Or request for a bag to be sent on its own. Which means I have to place an extra order just to get a recycle bag.”

“I really like your coffee and the subscription service works well, and I like your environmentally friendly focus, but it's very frustrating that you still haven't sorted out how to get recycling bags on subscription without contacting you to ask for them separately from managing my subscription.”

“I love the coffee, the company ethos. Along with the option to recycle the pods 👍My frustration is with the decaf pods, they get crushed but don't pop and I'm wasting so many or so much time trying to use them. To start I just thought it might be my machine as it is fairly well loved! It only happens with the decaf pods. The coffee is great 😊 I'm also sad not to be able to pick up a packet at my local Waitrose anymore but all is well as I've started to a subscription now 😁”

“Beautiful packaging but disappointing coffee. Had the selection pack but all the coffees were bland with little depth. Had to use 2 capsules per cup, even with the supposed intense blend, several capsules didn’t work. Having said this I do like intense coffee so if you like something mild give it a go! Took a long time to come but I put that down to covid delivery delays😢😢😢😢”

“Generally fine but like most non-nespresso pods, you do get the odd pod that doesn't work properly, which is a shame. I had hoped to switch brands but sadly not. So far i've used three packs and at least one pod from each pack was defective. This makes this brand not very cost effective against nespresso. The ones that worked were as good as the nespresso ones though!”

“This coffee tastes great but I think it is misleading to say that the containers are recyclable as they are too small and would fall through the grid at the recycling centre. I bought them misreading the description and thought they were biodegradable. If they were biodegradable I would definitely buy them again.”

“Coffee’s nice and service fast and friendly. Pods aren’t really any more recyclable than everyone else’s - you have to dismantle them, wash them out and put them in your appropriate bin”

“Great service - got my pods next day and easy to order online. Sadly the taste left me wanting a bit more. I was expecting more flavour but feel there are better tasting pods out there.”
