“I received a shipment when I advised that my machine only took the larger pods. It would be nice to get a refund”

“Sadly, I was very disappointed with my purchase, the coffee flavour is great, I will say that, but only when we manage to extract any coffee out of a pod. Have no problem with any of the half caff pods, they go through beautifully and so do any other nespresso compatible pods, so it’s definitely not our machine that is the problem. Sadly, the decaf pods (I purchased over 100 of them) are a real struggle, it’s literally dripping through. On top of my extraction struggle, I have sent 2 email asking for help, maybe there is something I might be doing wrong. But to this day I have not received any reply to either of them. It’s been almost 2 weeks now. I purchased on a friends recommendation and I am 100% disappointed.”

“I was very disappointed with the quality of this product which is sold as organic coffee for espresso. Coffee is very mild despite being sold as a roast six, and has also been ground to not sufficiently fine texture. This means that it produced a very weak espresso coffee either in a moka or a Coffee machine.”

“The Nespresso pods do not work in my Nespresso machine! Get a couple drops out of them and that's it! Not happy at all.”

“Have only tried the 'Intense' (hazelnut, milk chocolate, dark cherry) to date - extremely disappointing - might as well drink plain hot water - will try the others - hopefully will be better.....”
