“Natalie Green at 118 was very helpful over the phone, she was very patience at answering all my questions as we are first timers on a cruise. She was able to advise to select our cabin so she could pick a quiet inside room with less motion and away from noise. The payment was very easy over the phone and would be happy to call again to book the next if we enjoy the Iona”

“First time user, we found it very easy, phone call answered quickly, we knew which cruise we wanted, had checked the cruise line website and got their online price, we then went to Cruise118 and told them what the cruise site were offering and we received a substantial discount from then, service of booking was excellent, immediate conformation, their agent Rob was very knowledgable and helpful.”

“I rang to check out cruises for late September or October spoke to John who was very helpful & found possible suitable cruises he emailed me these to discuss with the couple we are cruising with, as he was away for a few days after that, he introduced me to his colleague, Katja, she has been excellent in guiding me through the booking process & assisting with some queries, excellent service thank you.”
