“We dealt with Scarlett and initially there was a bit of a glitch in the system. I needed to book both my wife and myself along with my sister and her husband. I booked myself and my wife on line and Scarlett very helpfully made sure we were exactly where we needed to be on the ship. She linked our bookings so we could dine together and made sure we had the right codes for discount. Excellent service and competitive prices we will use Cruise118 again.”

“Amanda sorted out something that I had been lead to believe could not be done, so not so happy with a previous conversation with somebody, but Amand spent a lot of time and got everything sorted in the best way possible, and remained on the phone with me to make sure the bit I had to do got sorted properly.
