“Would love to recognise Jennifer Stevenson for amazing service and experience . I booked a cruise on Thursday, and Jennifer was so helpful friendly and talked me through everything I need to know taking her time but detailed. She was interested in me and why I was booking cruise etc and I didn’t feel like just another booking . I have used Cruise 118 before and received excellent service and I would always recommend them. It is very rare these days to receive such personal and dedicated service . I cannot wait for my cruise next year , it is a special trip and booking it with Jennifer made it all the more special .Thank you x”

“Hi booked 2 cruises online and had a couple of questions so called customer service and didn’t have to wait long to be answered (unlike certain other cruise companies) my question and response was dealt with in a friendly manner and sorted straight away which gives me great confidence in this company and as I cruise 3/4 times a year cruise 118 is now going to be the first place I look. I would like to mention Bethany and Chris who dealt with my question.also on both occasions they beat the price of booking direct”
