“We have booked 3 cruises with 118 and have found them to be very helpful and brought the costs in lower than booking direct with the cruise line. Aimee has helped us with bookings for 2 of the cruises and she has been extremely efficient in getting back to us with information and answering any queries we have.”

“They made me happy by EVENTUALLY sorting the cruise for my budget. I have used 118 twice for large bookings so was sad it took so long to get to where we needed to be! If you don't look after your customers you will lose them!”

“Didn't like the fact that the web price kept changing, mostly going up. Thankfully Stephanie got me a better price than any of them and so I booked. Ditch that pricing strategy as it's more likely to put people off I would say.”
