“So far so good.! I normally book through another agent, but when they had told me that the price had increased - I decided to make a comparison with Cruise 118. They beat the original price from the other agent and I was able to book immediately. The guy was brilliant and sorting the same cabins, the process was very efficient and friendly. Will definitely use again.”

“Never used this company before but we will be doing in future. Very impressed with their efficient calm free helpful attitude especially the lady who dealt with our booking Jennifer Stevenson. “This is the second time I have use Cruise118 and I will definitely use them again. I started my booking enquiry with Sian just on the chat and she was super efficient. We soon progressed to her sending me email quotes and I have to say, the price quoted for an MSC Cruise was too good to resist. Needing to discuss the holiday with my husband, I arranged for a follow up call from Cruise118 on the Sunday at 2pm and dead on 2pm I received my call, went through everything again and booked. Superb!”
