Dear Debbie, When looking for your PIN please remember to check your Junk or Spam folders; the email will be sent from noreply@callcredit.co.uk. If you still cannot find the email containing your PIN then please click the "forgotten my PIN number" when attempting to log into your Credit Report and a new PIN will be generated and should be sent within 5 minutes to your email address. “No way of canceling online. If you search the small print at the bottom you find FAQs and buried in those is the information that you can only cancel by emailing customer support. Still waiting for a reply.”

We deal with many customers each day via email, and aim to respond to them all within 48 hours. As we only received your email approx. 5 hours ago, we haven't yet been able to action your request. “The report is not sufficiently detailed. No explanation of the score is given. The score is only on an 'out of five' star system. No advice on how to improve the score is given. All of these are given by Experian in greater detail, with the same given information.”

Due to the nature of the information held on a credit report security is of the up most importance and this is why we provide a number of security questions, pulled directly from the report, which are required to be answer correctly before access will be granted.
