“Slow to work - might have been my desktop, possibly. It's not easy to navigate around. I want to cancel the subscription now because otherwise they charge you £15 a month and hope you forget. Most people do I suspect. Can I find the cancel area?”

“I've tried 3 different passwords that you have sent over and not 1 of them logs me in. I understand that you need to have a Secure Site but why don't you have the option of having your own passwords?”

“I am not happy with this credit file as my credit number is very low...I logged on to Experian to my score and there and it is 988 excellent and yet on your one it is only 558 which is not great and I do not no why this is the case”

“Didn't find the service useful unfortunately. Found very little information provided, and this did not match the information which other credit check websites have provided me with. Perhaps there was a problem with finding my details. Fortunately it was a free trial as I would have been very disappointed to have received such little for my money if I had paid.”

“According to my bank account monthly payments of £19.99 has been deducted from my bank account ... Dates as follow. 14/ 10/ 2015. £19.99 has been deducted 16/112015------£19.99 has been deducted 15/12/2015. £19.99 has also has been deducted So far the is a total of £68.97 Can you tell me what is this all about. “I spoke to 1 of your operators and he told me i had been accepted and approved for a loan he said i had to go into my emails and click and sign an agreement and then my cash would be put in my account. Well ive had no email to do so i applied for £400 and have got nothing please could someone call me and explain why as i can not afford to call your customer services number. “It gives you a credit score out of 5 but no break down or any information on why the score has come out at that level. Not very clear.”

“My report showed that I am up to date on my current credit accounts, showed that all previous ones are settled, no CCJ's or defaults ever, never been bankrupt ... But the report gives absolutely no guidance or idea on why my credit score is only 1 out 5? No clue on how I can improve that?”
