“Been a member for months now and never had 1 job, either to far away or job already gone, paid for v.i.p. Life time membership also and got the 10000 git at more expense wasted, my opinion is that they have their own drivers who get the work, very disappointed,”

Hi Keith, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed, However, I can assure you that you are one of our own drivers, as much as anyone else in our network, so there is no one getting any work, that you could have reasonably had. I understand Jamie has previously contacted you with a couple of suggestions which you are yet to take up, I would very much encourage you to do so, as I am keen for you to enjoy the same success that some of out other lifetime members have experienced. “Service had been great until something went wrong - had to cancel a delivery that was already costing me £250 and the penalty to bring back the goods to London? - another £250. When I said that the driver had to come back to London anyway I was told the driver didn't live in London - funny that - same driver had delivered three packages for me around London the day before - so just pray that everything goes OK or you'll pay the price.”

“Even 1 star its too much for you to take my money and give the work to bigger companies you r very kind. Who ever looking to join these people dont waste your money time for them to give the jobs to bigger companies i never heard emergency of an emergency. So if one of their courier company cant do the job then they might send it to you or when you click on job it will tell you its alll ready gone govement does so much for stopping these companies to take our money out our hands with emty promisses. I just hope these sort of people they get what deserve in life.”

“`Waste of time and more importantly money! I have been a courier working out of Glasgow for several years. Thought I would give courier expert a try. Called their service centre and was told there was plenty of work in the area and discussed membership type. I opted for the VIP package £179.99 as was told they get more access to jobs, you need relevant insurances to get this to prove you are a proper business . God help the people on lesser packages because you are lucky to get 2 notifications a week within 30 miles. Even then its usually for a hatchback car rate so not worth your while. On the one occasion (over the last 3 weeks) there was a job of interest I logged into the system straight away only to see the job had bee allocated, it is an absolute joke. I am a member of several other pay per job sites which are far far superior to this. When I contacted them to ask for my membership fee back as I felt I was mis-sold they told me they do not for any reason perform refunds and said at no time did they mention figures, which they are hiding behind, although there was 'plenty of work' according to the advisor. When I advised them I would be leaving feedback about my experience I was warned I would be 'delt with' accordingly. Laughable and unbelievable behaviour. I really don't know where they get their positive feedback from on this review site although I can take an educated guess. The only thing I have got from this is a constant barrage of calls from UK fuel card trying to sell me their product, this was obviously given to them by courier expert (without my consent!!) Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money or time dealing with these amateurs and look to the non-fee sites, there is much more work and no rip off joining fees.”

“Is a way of me earning some money to support me with my kids, but could you look into paying in two weeks other than 30 days. Also I hope there will be more jobs for all couriers and locally, so you don't have to drive more miles to collection points. But overall is a rewarding job and Most customers are very grateful.”
