“Hello. Despite my initial skepticism, I joined and at first it looked like I would never get a job, now I've done 6 in less than half a month. The team is great if you understand what is expected of you.”

“I get quite a few jobs from Courier Expert all around the country and locally too. The only downside is when it is held on quote and doesn't get booked or gets booked when you have cleared the area, this is most annoying. They are very friendly staff and they try their best to help you if you have issues. The good thing is that you always have a chance of getting something at any time anywhere., but you have to keep looking continuously and religiously!!”

“I have tried to bid on many available jobs but every time I try I don't get the job even though I very close upto 23 minutes from collection point. I hope this improve with an update on the mobile app.”

Hi Mohammed, I see you have completed 8 jobs in the last 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately you won't get every job you apply for, as there may sometimes be someone closer or someone who applied quicker than you. In any case, you seem to be having reasonable success and if you use the app as you suggest, that should improve your chances. Thanks Andy.

“Everything easy to use. Expected a little bit more job offers daily but hopefully this will increase in the future. Had no chance to complete any jobs yet as most of the jobs are not available straight away instead they are "quoted only" maybe more luck next time.”

“Great membership scheme, good services. But there tends to be a lot of inactive live jobs that are not do able and unrealistic timing. If jobs are not ready to be done, it shouldn’t be published because there will be high number of jobs applied for and few allocated.”

Many thanks for your feedback, which is noted. However, I would like to take this opportunity to explain why we gather interest in jobs from drivers, prior to the customer paying for the job. When a customer is ready to pay, they often want to know how quickly we can get a courier to them or if we are able to get a courier at all. By putting the jobs out to driver's prior to booking, we are able to gather interest and communicate to the customer, prior to paying, how quickly we can get a courier to their collection, which often can be the difference between the customer booking or not booking.
