“As a retired engineer I was looking for a project and was surprised at how quickly I finished it. From discussions with a very friendly help line, delivered in one day and up and running in 4 days. Getting hold of a hole cutter was the biggest holdup; but after that plain sailing. Have already had requests for information from friends and wholeheartedly recommend this system.”

“Was unsure which A/C to buy (minefield) so emailed few companies for advice did not want to spend £1000 on the wrong one and wishing I had asked the questions. Cooleasy (Neil) was very helpful and hence bought from them very happy with the service and would recommend”

“bought the 3.5 kW Panasonic. Great piece of kit. Will order more units for different rooms. Had an issue re when unit could be delivered and also a couple of questions reference fitting. All dealt with well by customer service people. Good stuff”

“Great Service! They organised the shipment of units to Spain, no problems arrived exactly when they said they would for a very reasonable price. Spanish transport even phoned to give us an approximate time. Door to door service. Would recommend cooleasy and use them again.”

“I bought this unit for my recording studio, it's been fantastic to use - real quiet and keeps the room at a nice temperature even when I've got the gear turned on. Installation was real easy, the instructions were fairly simple to follow, but when I got stuck I gave the guys in the office a call and they sorted me out with some pipe bending tips. Service was also excellent, I ordered through the website but the chap I spoke to at the office was really helpful (his name escapes me now though!) Would definitely buy from these guys again!”

“Really knowledgeable staff, helped me with exactly what I needed for my office cooling, and computer room as well. Fast delivery, excellent air conditioning systems. I went for the Panasonic compressor units in the end for best value and amazing 5 years warranty option, really happy. Thank you!”
