“Very good for finding UK based and affordable realistic quotes for a straightforward move. Almost lost hope after being quoted £5005 more than double any other UK conveyancing firm by FBC and with no explanation as to how the figures were derived. Amen to this site!”

“I found it easy to use the Conveyancing Calculator Website to compare prices for various conveyancing solicitors, and was happy to be able to keep my costs down a little, in the expensive business of purchasing a property. “The quotes from Conveyancing Calculator appeared very competitive, and some of the listed firms had promising reviews. However, this only worked in theory. In practice, there was no follow-up after I clicked to arrange a call or proceed with a quote. I tried calling Conveyancing Calculator directly but received no response. I also contacted the solicitor firm I was interested in—they found and confirmed the quote but never followed up, despite promising to call back. If I already need to chase them at this early stage, I can only imagine how difficult it would be if I actually instructed them. Not recommended—avoid.”

“Got instant and attractive quotes. However when I used "arrange my callback", no one call me back. Made phone call to TG Collins, which is the cheapest one, couldn't get the person in charge. Then received an email from them with completely different quote, seems they ignored the quote via you. Not good experience.”
