“Since dealing with Connect 2 Cleanrooms we have always had a pleasant experience with them and are happy to deal with you as a supplier. However the disappointment we had with our recent order is the price increase of about 8%. We do understand that businesses need to inflate their prices from time to time, but we feel like is a big jump. This doesn't put us off from placing future orders though, but we wanted to point that bit out to you.”

“The cleanroom performs well, our goals as far as cleanliness are met. The construction is solid yet flexible. The install teams are superb. Very customer oriented, eager to deliver a quality product. Accurate planning of the production and installation means good project control. If a point of critisism is to be mentioned it is this: The translation from customer intent to actual design leaves points to be desired. Alert communication from C2C could be improved.”

“Been chatting to Nicky on the web based chat box regarding an order place nearly two weeks ago. Explained we were running very short of gloves & that I was told they would be here last Thursday, only to be told that there would be a further week to wait. Nicky has been excellent in helping me out with the order & has promised to send similar gloves to help us out until the ordered gloves arrive.”

“Whilst we had a lot of problems with our first order (for quite a long list of items) with a 2 months delay in delivering some items, the team at Connect 2 Cleanrooms has kept us informed and been quick to respond to questions. When we did receive one item that was incorrect it was replaced within 24 hours. Tracey, Rebecca, Nicky, Lynda and Dawn are all very polite, professional and very responsive. Great team.”
