Been chatting to Nicky on the web based chat box regarding an order place nearly two weeks ago. Explained we were running very short of gloves & that I was told they would be here last Thursday, only to be told that there would be a further week to wait. Nicky has been excellent in helping me out with the order & has promised to send similar gloves to help us out until the ordered gloves arrive.
