“I ordered filters based on the product photo on the Cleanroomshop website. It turns out they use the exact same 1200x600mm rectangular photo for their 600x600mm square filters. Due to this highly misleading visual representation, we ordered the wrong size. The goods are completely unopened and still shrink-wrapped on the original shipping pallet. Despite providing clear screenshot proof of their website listing error, they flat-out refused to accept a simple return or exchange, hiding behind "strict company policies" rather than taking responsibility for their confusing website. An extremely disappointing B2B experience. Buyers beware: do NOT trust the product photos on their website!”

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that our website provides clear and accurate product information, including variations in sizes, colours, and any additional features. In this instance, the HEPA filter’s images may appear identical across each size, this is because the filters are visually the same product and only differ in their dimensions, which we differentiate within the product description and item options. At Cleanroomshop, we offer returns for unopened or faulty/damaged goods, however, certain products are excluded due to hygiene and product integrity issues. Unfortunately, as per our returns policy, we’re unable to accept returned HEPA filters once they have left our premises, as we cannot verify the integrity or performance of the product following transportation and storage outside our control. This policy is in place to maintain our quality standards and ensure all customers receive products that are genuinely new and unused, and we aim to clearly declare any non-returnable items within the product description on our website. “I have been using Connect to Cleanrooms for the last 10 years and I would recommend them to anyone. They have always been there when we needed an urgent supply of cleanroom materials. During Covid they reached out to make sure we didn't have any issue with supplies which could have had a major impact on our deliveries to our customers.
