“I bought my travel insurance through confused but was unable to claim my free esim despite updating my phone to enable the use of an esim and my daughter emailing ti ask how I could go about claiming the esim on a new/changed phone.
Evidently my original phone wasn’t able to have an esim.
So the fact I didn’t get the esim was my first disappointment but then the fact no one replied to to email made me question confused as a business”
“Originally took out insurance at beginning of July. Due to an error on my part failing to include wifes diuretic tablets on policy, had to contact company to get these added on.My wife has taken these for years no bad effects and condition well controlled. She has recently been told she no longer needs to take her Diabetes Type 2 medication due to perfect blood sugar levels after testing by the hospital. I asked for these to be removed from the policy. I have recently been given the choice by my medical practitioner to take a low strength additional blood pressure tablet just to fine tune my blood pressure levels. All low risk and no new conditions highlighted. The operator immediately almost doubled the cost of our policy!! Unbelievable! When asked why he was doing this he said because we were high risk! We are fit and healthy people who have a good lifestyle with no issues! Whilst a small additional payment i would have understood paying not one of the magnitude charged which i feel is incorrect and im not happy. I would not recommend this to anyone else as the operator did not understand what he was being told and seemed adamant to add an astronomic payment to the original policy.”

The Breeze eSIM credit provided does not work and Breeze have provided terrible customer service experience.”

“Got travel insurance through Direct Travel but had to cancel within the 14 days after buying and expected a full refund as its within 14 days stated in the agreement. Direct Travel decided they have to deduct cancellation fee with as reason Covid-19, how convenient.”
