“Rubbish site for motorcycle quotes, does not store them like car, house etc, mentioned this few years ago, thiught id guv u another go, so i do a new quote, first problem!! Does not utilise my existing details, name, address etc, thought ok benefit if the doubt, i pointlessly fill them in again, get quotes, go back to home page, quote not stored, log in n out, still not stored, the interface is same as confused.com and that dies exact the same, best one is comparethemarket which dies exactly wot it should do, uses existing details AND stores quotes, your site is hopeless for bikes, still!!!!”
“got quote as normal a immediately phoned a number of cheapest quotes only to find they would not honour quote and gave a higher quotation price.Apparently this was a more up todate price(seconds later!)Requoted and same companies again gave lower price, price must have fallen again?Refused to play this game and went down list to a company who had quoted and would honour their quote.It seems that some companies are putting low quotes in to get to top of list only to want more money when you ring them up to obtain the insurance”

I have been riding motorcycles for about 15 years on and off in the US. So should be a good risk. I own a bike now and road with a club before coming to the UK for five months.”
“I used your site as a start to buy insurance putting in all my details correctly and your site came back with MCE cheapest and I could ride other bikes (something other companies won't do due my type of employment) .so I purchase the MCE Isurance find discrepancy in the policy. So I phone MCE to get it sorted only to be told I can not ride other bikes on the policy and I need to pay 30 quid more further more I did not receive my fuel voucher.. I'm not a happy customer”

“I went to Confused .com for a quote on insurance for a Trike, although it says they do quotes for Trike, this is not the case, I had to go through the process of insuring a bike not a Trike, at no point is any facility to change from standard bike to Trike, the insurance policies listed are based on a two wheel bike, not a 3 wheel Trike which I have a full licence to ride, basing the insurance on a two wheel bike at 800cc and only having a provisional licence to ride a two wheel bike, the insurance came back at over 9 thousand pounds, a joke. So do I recommend Confused .com for Trike insurance absolutely not because they do not have such a thing on the site.”
