“Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience getting car insurance sorted. Eventually got car insured but without any opportunity to discuss some issues with anybody. Only contact through emails, alternate days. One phone call would have resolved what took weeks to sort. If you prefer the human touch, avoid Confused.com”
