“I was impressed by you finding me an insurer who beato my renewal quote by danother company and was glad to make a saving of £500.00 in the New quote given by a company recommended by you all.”
“You are real friend in need is a friend indeed. Please keep on helping the people in their hard time. Thank you very much to all staff of confused.com”
“Very easy to follow once you have put in your details regarding https://www.moneysupermarket.com/travel-insurance/pre-existing-medical-v2/enquiry/results?qr=13377241#which I cover you require the rests found are almost immediate.”
“you saved me a lot of money for the same type of policy and I was very happy this is my husband mail site but in future can you please sent to my own email which you can find on the car policy I had. my email is binapatel1960@me.com”
“I used Confused.com to search for my car insurance to see if there was a better deal to be had than staying with my current insurer whom I had used for 5 years.
I found that going through the process of inputting my and my cars details was straight forward and had no difficulty choosing my new insurer as the price and cover ( excess/window cover/courtesy car etc) stayed pretty much the same.
But 3 weeks after the new cover had started with my new insurer, the insurer informed me that some of the details that were passed from confused to churchill were not passed ? and as such I have just had £70:40 added to the cost of the insurance !!! So if was a sceptical person, I might think that the reason the insurance quote retrieved from confused was low because of this......”
“Recently took out Hastings direct smart miles car insurance through you, this insurance is a money making scheme penalising new drivers.
I was recently informed that my policy was being cancelled the reason given that my score was below 40 on the telematic.
I tried to improve by slowing down & braking gently but my score did not change.
After contacting your customer services I was informed that the problem was driving after 10pm!!
I thought the dashboard being at zero for driving time of day was simply not registering so I carried on.
This curfew was not explained when I took out this policy, I would not have taken it out especially as I was working part time in a night club.
I think that it is a bit excessive to cancel a policy because of this & I found your customer service representative unhelpful & unwavering.
I also think it is unfair to charge me £210 for your unfair cancellation.

“My existing insurer insisted that their latest quote was the best they could obtain, but it seemed high so I tried Confused.com and found several companies offering what appeared to be equivalent cover at almost half the price. I accepted one of the best and the change was managed very easily. I am delighted, but my only criticism is that even after signing up I kept getting reminders to do so.”
“I got a renewal notice from direct line to find the premium had shot up despite no claims. I looked at alternatives via moneysupermarket.com and confused.com. I went with confused.com because they linked me to an LV policy which saved me nearly £100 for very similar cover to the direct line policy.”
