“whilst I found the process good, the only difficulty was proving my no claims from my previous insurer. I had a written proof from my previous insurer, but as I do not have a scanner I had to go into town to an office services business for them to scan and email to you the no claims proof. It would seem that a postal option would make that process easier.”
