“I was getting quotes from a number of companies, but all quoted me very high premiums. Confused found me acceptable ones. I accepted Lloyds Bank. However, it seems that Confused does not check the CUE database and after a few days Lloyds removed an additional sum from my account as a previous 'no fault' claim had been erroneously listed as 'fault'.
Without Confused I would not have known of this error.
If Confused were able to check the applicant's data for such discrepancies it would be very useful in identifying them before taking out a policy.”
