“I got drawn in by a ‘beat your renewal’ promotion. Seemed simple at the time, I sent the information that was required from the criteria in the terms of the promotion but then they were looking for a policy schedule, something that I didnt have on my renewal email from my previous provider. I sent confused.com everything my previous insurance provider sent me on my renewal but this wasnt enough. After a couple of months of emails back and forward, it concluded that without this policy schedule, I can not receive the promotion. So now I am paying for a policy that is more expensive than my renewal. Worst decision. I will never use confused.com again.”
