“I've been a Customer for quite some time now and never had an issue until recently. I ordered a Laptop for a new Customer and from the spec of the Laptop online stated it had 8GB of Ram as that was what my Customer asked for. Upon the quick arrival was found to have only 4GB of Memory. Sent numerous emails and phone calls only to say there was nothing they could do apart from sending it back. I also asked if they could send out a 8GB Memory stick, to no avail. This led me having to purchase a complete new stick elsewhere at a cost to myself of around £45. Not happy with the level of Customer care in this respect.”
