“Purchased my new HP all in one from Comp Advance. Brilliant service from start to finish. Staff were very helpful, delivery was fast and free. “Shocking service. Despite telling hem that the machine did not work within the warranty period they delayed repair until the warranty had expired then refused to help. Worst service. Thousands wasted on a broken machine.”

Dear Qaisar , I have carefully checked your case to find out that you were offered warranty repair and troubleshooting steps while your item was just a few months old but you have refused to cooperate at that stage , than you have contacted us almost 2 years later asking for support when your laptop's warranty already expired, a long time ago . You gave us no chance to fix the problem when it was possible , now it is simply too late. We assumed that the laptop clearly worked for last two years if you decided not to go for our warranty repair when offered. I am sorry we cant help at this stage .

“Got a HP spectre 360 for a very good price. The laptop is great but I used it only on a desk the first few weeks. After that noticed the lower lid is sticking out a bit and every time you open the laptop it pops out from one side. So guess there is some clip inside which is broken and haven't been discovered in the inspection.”
