“The service was fine. However, the laptop (HP Chromebook 14 with 3G) I bought was reconditioned which I wasn't expecting: my fault for not reading the details perhaps. The problem this caused was that the inbuilt sim card was still registered to the previous owner so could not be set up without lengthy calls over 8 days with the HP technical support team to re-set it. I wouldn't have bought a refurbished machine for this sort of reason. Otherwise the Chromebook is fine and postage from CompuServe fine.”

“I'm always a bit nervous about buying on the internet, imagining all sorts of problems such as non arrival of goods, payments not going smoothly, goods not being as advertised, etc. etc. But in this instance I found that everything was about as perfect as it could be. A accurate description (although I knew the product anyway), a very good price and simple payment by Pay Pal. My purchase was dispatched on the next day, with a WORKING tracking number. I received it the next morning, delivered by one of the better couriers. I was also sent emails containing confirmation of my purchase, and a pdf V.A.T. receipt. They certainly seem to have got everything covered, and I would happily use this company again.”
