“I ordered a part and it was the wrong one. However, I am not able to send it back as 14 days have expired. Normal time to send back is 28 days so I have wasted money”

“Purchased an expensive DAB antenna, glass mounted.£70 Sadly the item does not perform very well. The mini magmount i bought from Halford for £10 is better. Notwithstanding this the product was a described and delivered in a couple of days. I also had to buy an additional SMA adapter at additional expense so quite disappointed overall.”

“I can only give 3/5 as the item has not arrived yet. If the item is not presently in stock as advised over the phone, it would be helpful if the customer could be advised of the expected dispatch date - especially if the web site says it is in stock. I have previously received items made by the same manufacturer from Co-star and they were fine so I am not expecting problems this time.”

“Bought a dash mount that is supposed to fit a 5 series F10 model. However the end part of the mount is slightly too big to fit behind where you insert the screw. Good thing I’m handy with a bit of DIY, but used up additional 30 mins of my time filing 1mm off both ends. Other than the unexpected extra work, the mount is good.”

“Purchased 2 dash mounting brackets 2 separate transactions both arrived ok , But didn't come with a invoice with costing's on , called customer service to obtain invoice both times my email was taken and I was assured it would be forwarded on to me . I have given up waiting. I was looking to purchase 45 units for our company , but without any form of correspondence ie invoice with costing's I am unable to proceed any further .”
