“I have used many web hosts but have stuck with Clook for the past six or seven years now. What makes them stand out is the excellent level of support. I've had good technical support from individuals before at other companies, but if that person wasn't working on a a particular day I could be in trouble. With Clook, everybody that helps me is excellent, so it doesn't matter if I put a ticket in during office hours, or late on a weekend, someone is always on hand to assist.”

“I have been a client of Clook for nearly 10 years now and when I needed another reseller account the only choice in my mind was Clook. The prices are reasonable and the servers they use are very reliable and I am always given plenty of notice when upgrades are being made. Their service response times are second to non, whether it's 10am or 2am you always get a very quick response and the problems are sorted without a fuss even when it is something that I have cocked up.”

“I have been using Clook for a few years now, both for our business websites and for my personal sites - all on shared hosting. Whatever the value of the hosting, I have always found Clook support to be pretty near perfect. Their support system responds quickly - sometimes within minutes - and the support staff are friendly, approachable, patient and knowledgeable. They get the job done. That sort of support - both technical and knowledge-wise - means an awful lot to me. Thank you Clook.”

“This is a great place to host your website, the shared hosting comes at a very affordable rate. since using them i have yet to experience any downtime. They provide great communication to keep you up to date with all there updates and any fixes they have going on. there informative nature helps you to plan around any works which may effect you directly. Great Service, would, and have definitely recommended clook to others.”

“I was recommended to use the Clook service by Alan Picture (ACP computing) and went via your web site to register 2 domain names and the associated hosting packages. It was easy to follow the steps and prior to completing the purchase I spoke to Jamie who answered a couple of questions on picking the right package for me to use. All very professional.”
