“Speedy transfer from old host. Even transferred out of business hours to minimise disruption to business emails. Nothings seems to be too much for them. Exceptional service”

“I spend years with unhelpful hosting companies that had poor customer service, that would let me and my customers down time after time. Then I came across Clook. They have total changed the way I think about hosting companies. None of that speaking to so called first line support to escalate a problem to someone that knows what your talking about and taking hour or days to rectify a problem. Clook support is second to none! Any problem that arise are fixed with in minuets of me raising a ticket or before I have even contacted them. I now have a number of dedicated servers and other hosting accounts with them and wouldn't dream of using any one else. Fast, friendly and extremely knowledgeable!”

“I have been with Clook for many years after a few mistakes in the past : I have never regretted it !!! Clook's service is outstanding, and any problems are addressed very, very quickly. It is a very secure and very highly maintained service. Clook's Customer Service and help-desk are outstanding. I recommend Clook to everyone I know. If your present provider is poor or even dreadful, as some - I know ( from personal experience ) are, do not hesitate to move immediately to Clook. Five Star Service. Highest possible recommendation.”

“Clook are genuinely outstanding. We've been with them for over 10 years and they have been instrumental in forming a solid foundation for the growth of our own business. Their support is lightning fast (just minutes) and they are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I don't want to sound like I'm going over the top too much but once you've been with them for a while, you'll understand where I'm coming from. “Clook have always been REALLY helpful and answer support emails literally within seconds! I have found their servers to be a tad slow when compared with amazon EC2 but for smaller websites where speed isn't as critical, they're great.”

“Clook made a transfer from another hosting company very easy. They transferred the files for me and thereby avoided me having to download and upload 600MB of files. Since then service has been impeccable with the only down time being a 10 minute scheduled maintenance.”

“Clook have a hands on personal approach that suits our business requirements down to the ground. With over 300 websites hosted at Clook we can call them or email them and get a reply pretty much instantly. On the odd occasion when something goes wrong (which is unavoidable) Clook have been on hand to talk us through, help and guide, even when sometimes the issue is at our end and not theirs. Clook go above and beyond the call of duty which is why we have been using them for so long nd will continue using them for the foreseeable future.”
