“I have been a client of Clook Internet for the past 10 years and what sets them apart from the competition is their FANTASTIC support. Day and night, I can contact them via the support system and will get a solution to my problem within 10 minutes... Recently we started a new business venture and the question of the hosting company to support us was raised: Clook were the obvious choice once again.”

“Having had awful experiences of too many hosting companies I was sceptical about finding one that could actually be at least satisfactory. “Brilliant help as always. Recently I've had quite a few dealing with support (from memory only one because of a Clook problem the rest were all my own issues...). Every one has been dealt with extremely quickly, one even in the same minute I sent the question which is really something. The level of expertise is superb. It must be around 8 years since I moved to Clook and I've recommended you to quite a few folk. Keep up the good work.”

“I have used Clook for several years when I ran a web design business and also recommended to every friend and client (even before the referral scheme!). Their response is excellent and helpful, clear, informative and always very prompt. Their prices are good and their website is clear and easy to understand. For these reasons and as long as Clook keep these values I'll never use another hosting company.”

“We have used Clook Internet for over 6 years now for hosting our website and email accounts, in that time we have recommended them without hesitation to business colleagues and clients alike. In 2014 we had an vulnerability within our website that was (almost) exploited but due to the fast reactions of the Clook team who at 10pm in the evening prevented disaster which allowed our web developers to correct the site without detriments to our business. If you are looking for a company which is run by a very passionate team that are also up to date with the latest hardware, software and trends you will be hard pressed to find better than Clook.”

“Clook are the best hosting company ever! And we don't say that lightly. The Sales and Support team are completely dedicated to dealing with all problems and really go that extra mile. Support tickets are answered very quickly as are the phones. The network is robust and we don't ever suffer long outages and when they do happen the team are on the fault and is fixed before we even notice. These really are the best and we can't recommend them highly enough.”

“All hosting is not created equal. These days, hosting largely comes down to uptime/performance, and support. The former tends to be a given, but the latter is what sets providers apart in my view. I can't rate Clook highly enough. Performance and uptime are as good as the best I've used. Support? It doesn't matter what package you're on, you get the same amazing service and support for each. Support response times are ridiculously low; more often than not, I have a reply in < 5 minutes. And I ask a lot of questions, We have a lot of clients who we've chosen to host at Clook. I've been using hosting providers for probably 15 years and I've been through them like dodgy second hand motors. This one's a keeper...”
