“Historically, I have always found the process of hosting my websites and managing domains, painfully complicated with other service providers, but I can honestly say, after having being put on to Clook a few years ago by a friend, I have found them, hands-down, the best, friendliest and most helpful web services provider I've worked with. Nothing is too much trouble and whenever I've needed any technical help, the response has been swift and any queries I've had, have been resolved quickly, every time. Life's complicated enough without needing additional things to worry about like the website going down; I have total peace of mind with the service Clook provides and can't see myself, wanting or needing to go anywhere else. I'd recommend them to anyone, without hesitation!”

“I have been with Clook for around 3 years, I don't tend to have many technical or support issues but when I do I have found Clook to be attentive in listening to the issue, proactive in resolving the issue and supportive in keeping me posted on progress. “Clook has an easy to use website and a very efficient support system for clients. I like how the system sends reminders well in advance and then again nearer the time when things are up for renewal. It is so easy and quick to get help and staff are very patient if you do not understand. Overall, we are very satisfied with the products and services.”

“I have been with Clook as a reseller for many years now and host a dozen or so websites with them. Their support is second to none - I always get a reply within 10 minutes and the problem is always fixed - nothing seems to be too much trouble, even if I have done something stupid! I would highly recommend Clook as a host!”

“The number one arsenal in the clook.net armory is the speed and professionalism they deal with issues, Although I normally contact them to make a change on the account, they always replay within an hour and pretty much deal with the issue straight away.”

“I have had 50+ domains running on a Clook Reseller account for a couple of years now. When you need help and support I cannot fault the response you get. Tickets are responded to within 5 minutes, the support staff are very expert and get right to the problem and solution usually within a couple of tickets. They are helpful and volunteer to sort out the problem if its within their power. Occasionally, maybe when its a bit complicated, I phone direct and get absolutely the same service. I cannot think how they could reasonably improve their service. Thank you Clook.”
