“Clook has an excellent team of sales and support guys. Always willing to help, try to explain things or point you to the relevant articles. Having recently moved server and relocated all our DNS control to Clook we found the whole process as painless as we could have hoped for. We had limited knowledge of what was required and wanted a "set it up and leave it be" approach to moving - Clook provided us with that... Great job all - particular thanks to Will who guided us through the process and dealt with my nervousness over the move - thanks...”

“I have used many companies in the past, some start off well but the quality never lasts and this is down to them trying to save money IMO, cramming servers to save money so they can offer mega cheap deals, then everything falls apart. Better to pay more and get what you need on a consistent basis, that being very fast and competent service and reliable servers with constant uptime. Clook is company I trust, having now been with them for many years, I know when I need help it's there and I don't have to worry about my hosting like I used too. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is serious about their web prescence.”

“It is so nice to receive instant telephone support and email support even if the problem is of my making! Within 15 minutes my life is back on track.....Having a human who understands we are not all technical whizz kids and can explain issues is so refreshing too. More than happy with Clook, I'd rate them Excellent if the phrase were available - I have to settle for 5* and Very Good! Try them, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.”

“I've hosted my most important sites with Clook for more years than I care to remember. From time to time I've also used other hosts in addition, but I've now consolidated them all onto my Clook account. The reasons are that their servers have been rock-solid, any essential maintenance is always flagged up well in advance, but most of all their support has been superb. Whenever I've had issues (which have usually turned out to be something I've done) their support team have been unfailingly helpful and their response times have been amazingly quick. If only all companies - in whatever sector - were so good!”
