“Once again Clook saves the day! Made an error when installing an SSL cert and the site went down. Submitted a ticket and John restored the site within minutes and problem with SSL sorted. Job done. Thank you.”

“I'm always so impressed with the service Clook offer. Whenever I have a problem or question I just submit a ticket. I get a reply almost instantly, answering exactly what I wanted to know or fixing the problem I had. I've honestly never received better service anywhere else!”

“First of all, Clook Internet was recommended by the people behind a mailing list service I use, and I have not been disappointed. Setup was easy, and even migration from shared hosting to reseller hosting has been quite painless. What is best about the company is that they speak in plain English, unlike a few other providers I have used over the years. They intuitively know how to respond, based on your level of comfort with technical details. Instructions are precise and friendly, no matter who I speak with. And they are quick. Often a problem is resolved with one quick question and answer. In short, I could not be happier.”

“I quite honestly cannot fault Clook. I've used a number of hosting providers over my career but none who have offered the service and more importantly, the support, that Clook do. We're not big spenders in the grand scheme of things either - but the support we receive makes it feel like you have your own dedicated support channel. Providing a web server connected to the Internet is easy. Backing that up with first class support, every time, is not.”
