“Always tip top services from Clarify - no matter how small the query they always are happy to help out. Ive used them several times now and will continue to do so whenever I need a hire card either in the UK or in Europe. If prices are a problem they will work wonders to get your costs down and give you as many options as possible. The fact they parter with so many different car hire companies gives you the options you need! Cant recommend them enough!!”

“I went with these guys because of the reviews of their customer service, and the reviews weren't wrong. You can get through to someone instantly when you need to and they're really helpful. I wanted to switch my booking to a different type of vehicle and Mark was super helpful and did this all for me, answering all my questions. Would recommend.”

“What an amazing Company to deal with!! They got me a fantastic price and when I had made an error on my booking, they cancelled my incorrect booking and made a fresh booking for me (at no extra cost) all within a couple of minutes!! Mark was so very helpful, polite and efficient....I hope his Managers' recognise his fantastic Customer Service!”

“Clarify were so easy to use and helpful. Customer service was fab - a phone call in the airport when I decided to add on insurance last minute because they knew when my flight would depart. They also made a claim we had to make on the insurance so easy - giving me most of the documents I needed for the claim and explaining how to do everything. Efficient, helpful and made life easy. Will always use in future for car hire.”

“Just returned from the Pacific North West. Spent ages trying to match our requirements but found rental car sites too complicated and limited. Clarify's site made it so simple and we quickly got a car with options we needed. Mark quickly answered additional questions we had and liaised with the rental company in Canada on our behalf. Top notch service. Would recommend to anyone and use again.”

“So impressed with the Customer Service from Clarify. We were caught up in the Air Traffic Control problem on 28th August 2023, at Heathrow. I tried to contact the car hire company (Europcar), in Valencia direct, with no luck. Mark from Clarify, came up with an excellent Plan B which worked perfectly and even saved us money. This was all very welcome at what was a very stressful time. The speed of response and individual attention was great. Car hiring can be a daunting prospect but I would have no hesitation in recommending Clarify.”

“Hired a car through Clarify in July 2023 for use in Italy - had a few queries outside of the normal booking process about procedures and options etc and was always met with fast and reliable info and advice from the guys at Clarify. No nonsense or bluff from this lot - just straight honest answers. Would recommend them for car hire for decent rates and options as well. Will certainly be using them again without a doubt!”

“From the out set Clarify replied to my emails very quickly. I read through the booking terms and conditions and had quite a few questions. I received from Clarify a very prompt and thorough response. This meant that for the first time ever I was arranging a car rental where I understood what I was paying for and also I understood that I had no hidden pitfalls. This was so refreshing, normally arranging car hire confuses the hell out of me. I will definitely use this company again and tell my pals and family about them. Additionally dollar car rental at Albuquerque airport who I actually had the car from were great and driving to and from the airport car rental was easy. So the best car hire abroad experience that I have ever had.”

“I required winter tyres (legally necessary in Alto Adige, Italy between November & April) & could only find them through Clarify but was unhappy when I realised that it would be a Sicily by Car car having had a very bad experience with SBC in October 2022. However, Mark Bowers of Clarify reassured me & the Seat Cupra was excellent. We drove 1,000 miles with no trouble at all. We had 4 beautiful Pirelli winter tyres. The service at the SBC desk was excellent. I now wait to see that I have not been charged for anything having returned the car unharmed but a bit dirty.”
