“I found the website a bit difficult to navigate but the products and the service were excellent. Just love the Organic Hibiscus tea. I also purchased a really useful tea strainer, good quality and well worth the money. Delivery was quick and my order arrived well packaged. I will certainly be using the Chiswick Tea Co. again.”

“I've tried several brands of loose tea (Roibos and Vanilla) and yours comes out on top. Tastes just as good when it has gone cold, so will make a refreshing iced drink in the summer.”

“Organic earl grey is amazing, only earl grey that brews stronger, without over brewing, meaning I use 1/2 the amount. So glad Chiswick now ships internationally, arrived in good time. Only slight negative is the self seal on the package is often not glued to the package side, so once you open you have to decant into an air tight container. And package sizes and freight costs don’t align nicely, ie: freight is 1kg and over (rather than >1kg) and as packages come in 250g if you buy bulk, you hit the higher freight category on the larger packages, or try to juggle smaller packages to keep under the limit, which makes it less economical. Small concession for some great tea though....worth it!”
