service efficient all done online no contact. tea quality very disappointing but we have only bought one thing and this is our first time and havent had time to draw their attention to it yet ( so it may a bad batch)
i think we have been spoilt by having good Iron Buddha oolong in HongKong.
This tea was cheap- but tastes very chemically - we know it wasn't organic but this was a surprise
