“I purchased a custom cut heavy duty cutting mat, with grid mat, for my sewing table. Shipping time was great, received within a few days. The cutting mat itself is really good, I’ve only used it a couple of times so far. My only complaint is with the grid mat. I was concerned with the 4mm thick cutting mat the guidelines would not be visible so I contacted Rhino on live chat before ordering and was reassured that you could definitely see the lines. This really isn’t correct. You can just about see them but they are in no way clear enough to be used as a cutting guide, had I known visibility would be so poor I would not have bothered buying the grid mat.”

We are pleased to hear that you are happy with your Cutting Mat but very sorry that you are not happy with your Grid. As you know, the best solution is to go for the Green Mats with the inbuilt grid but when the size required needs to be bigger as well as needs to be able to handle a Rotary Cutters, the Heavy Duty Mat with a seperate Grid is the next best option. I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't think that the Grid was clear enough so I have passed your comments onto the Quality Assurance Department who will take this into consideration when reviewing our products. We truly appreciate your time in completing this review as we do take our Customers feedback onboard which helps us strive to improve our products so that they can be the best quality possible for our Customers. “The protective screens are perfect for adding extra protection for our office workers who may feel more vulnerable. They arrive in a quick turnaround. Our only issue has been with the desk clamps, which did break when being mounted on the desks. Fortunately, we had spare clamps from other desk screening that we could use.”
