“Fantastic item very quick delivery”

“1. I was a little concerned that the mat would be delivered rolled; however, the box was large so the curve was minimal. The packaging was robust and the mat arrived in perfect condition. It arrived next day-delivery even though I ordered a custom size. 2. Although Rhino Innovation make no claim about the accuracy of the gridlines I did a quick measure on one side and could not identify (with a 1m ruler) any discrepancy on a 75cm check left-right and up-down. This is a VAST improvement on my previous (in fairness much cheaper) cutting mat and vital for my use case which is trimming large sheets of paper into exact squares for origami. 3. I chose the custom-size option and this was done very neatly. I guess being hyper-critical it would have been a nice touch to curve the new corners but I did not expect it (or ask beforehand). 4. The mat itself is very high quality and pleasantly heavy! 5. For my use of origami, square mats are ideal - I bought one 1600mm x 800mm and requesting it be cut in 2; however, that did double the price. I'm very pleased with what I got but having to buy "2 mats" when I'm sure one will last ages did give me pause.”

I previously had two A1 mats taped together underneath, but it was a little annoying with the slight gap on top, so I treated myself to the A0 mat and it is so much better now, and I am sure my rotary cutter works better now than on the previous surface.”

“I'm very happy with my Rhino Cutting Mat A1 size fitted perfectly on craft table, More than I would usually spend on a mat but I'm glad i did it so worth it. I cut mostly Denim Jeans for Recyling , It was well packed and flat which I was very pleased about. Delivery was very fast.”

“I love the reversible measuring grid. It’s perfect for crafts and art courses originating in either Europe, UK or the US. The packaging of the A3 mat is great for storing the mat in as well. “My cutting board was not delivered on time. I contacted them and within minutes I received an email saying it would be looked into. Early the next morning I received another email saying it had been lost in the post. They did everything possible to cut another board and post it that day. They kept in touch letting me know what was happening and when I would get my board. Very friendly staff and went over and above what was needed. It's not often you find good customer service like that. The cutting board was brilliant.”
