“I wasn’t sure how I would feel about my ring when I ordered it as I struggle with the idea of cremation. I was upset that I wouldn’t have anywhere to go and pay my respects. My ring is beautiful and has brought me such comfort. I know now I have a permanent reminder of my lovely sister that I can cherish forever. When I received the order her middle name was spelled wrong (probably my untidy writing) but I contacted them and the next day I received a new certificate again sent by courier that had to be handed to the recipient. I cannot fault any stage of the process. I feel every stage is treated with dignity and respect.”

“Absolutely over the moon with this company. I had a ring made with my twin girls ashes a few years ago, been wearing it daily. Unfortunately a stone fell out so I sent it off for a repair (only £39). They sent me a special delivery envelope to send it back, told me when they received my order. Kept my order longer because I said I was on holiday and didn't want them sending it special delivery when I'm not there to accept parcel, Absolutely no issues. Emailed me to say on way after I got back from holiday. When I received parcel, they couldn't fix my ring, so they sent me a brand new one at no extra cost to me. Not only that, they sent my broken one back because it had my girls ashes in. I am genuinely so moved by this act of kindness. You will never understand how much peace it gave me to know my babies were so looked after by you. Your team are amazing. Thank you!”

“I can not put into words how beautiful my ring is. Loosing my Granny was extremely hard for me to process but having this ring with me provides me so much comfort. People have commented on it and ask me about it. They handled her with care and I revived my ring quickly. Thank you so much for this beautiful memory.”
