“Thankyou again for the wonderful service. I had a slight problem with the lid on the urn which i ordered. But the problem was sorted out very quickly. So once again I'm very pleased. I decided to buy the urn as I already had a beautiful ring made with my dad's ashes. And had some ashes sent back from which my ring was made. Both items are beautiful and I would just like to say thankyou for all your help”

“I lost my son on christmas day 2018 aged 44. I ordered the ring so part of him will always be with me.I love the ring also the red running through it,he was a liverpool football supporter. The service was professional,compassionate and fast. Also excellent customer service Thank - you.”

“Made a 300 mile round trip to especially view/handle the items they offer, ( never quite know what you are getting when you buy on line) great welcome and tea by Shari and lovely, well made products, beautifully wrapped and boxed, more than pleased with what I came home with.
