“My partner has only worn the ring 1 month and it’s pitted and tarnished. Poor quality metal very disappointing. I have emailed customer services ( 1st April 23) and I haven’t had any acknowledgment or reply as yet!”

“Searching for the right item and sizing was simple the size were explained clearly which was a great help. From order to delivery everything was straight forward and we received our urn quickly. It came in a beautiful presentation box and in the box the urn was covered in a cloth back. We choose the urn from the photos but when it arrived we were over the moon the photos don’t do the urns justice they are more beautiful in person and you can see and feel the quality.”
