“Fantastic service great and appropriate communication. Loved my necklace and have given your website name out to 4 people already who have requested brochures. Only one downside was that DPD threw the parcel over our back gate instead of taking to my neighbour as agreed - maybe look at what couriers to use. Other than that I couldn't be happier”

“Simple process and very helpful customer services i brought 3 items 2 engraved necklaces for my daughters in sterling silver and myself a gold ring also engraved, they arrived back quicker than i expected, packaged absolutely beautifully the bags were marked so we could all open our own items which was lovely and the jewellery itself is such lovely quality my ring is nice thick gold so will wear well over the coming years. I'm very happy with our jewellery and it means we have a piece of my parents with us always”

“A wonderful way to keep those you love close. I ordered 3 items after losing my dad For myself my sister and my daughter all 3 of them are beautiful and mean so much to us. At this time I am not do so great and made a mistake on my order form... The team were so helpful and wonderful and fixed it right away for me no trouble! They kepted In contacted threw sending my dad's ashes to him arriving and being shipped back to me from start to finish was less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend these lovely people they make beautiful work and make everything so much easyer. A special thank you to jasmine who created our beautiful jewellery they mean so much to us. ❤️ Thank you again x”
