“Everything was straightforward and you were kept informed of where in the process your order was right up ton delivery. I was impressed with the whole thing. On receipt of my purchase I have to say I was absolutely thrilled with my ring containing my mum's ashes and it arrived 2 days before mother's day. Wonderful and thankyou to all involved. “I was in two minds whether to keep some of my Mums ashes, she passed 2/12/2018, so still raw. I did keep some and the wondered what would be suitable, personal and respectful as well as private. I respect those who wish to have ashes in glass or jewellery, but this is not for me personally. The tea light candle holder/urn looked just the right choice as I knew as a lover of candles it would be used every day and not tucked in a drawer. The urn is beautiful, very well crafted and the butterflies on it very appropriate symbolically. The delivery and service was outstanding, I quite unexpectedly received my Urn the next day, beautifully packaged and wrapped. I will treasure it always. Thank you so much.”

“When our baby boy was born sleeping it was one of the worst days of our lives. We wanted to find a way to always have our precious boy Clayton with us all the time. We looked at a lot of ashes into jewellery sites online but found Cherished Urns to have the most variety. My husband and I both found rings we loved. We placed the order online which was easy and straight forward. We received confirmation and regular updates on our order. A few days later we received a sizing and ashes collection pack with a prepaid envelope to send the ashes back. We were nervous about sending our babies ashes in the post but they arrived back at Cherished Urns safely. After a few day of Cherished Urns receiving Clayton's ashes our rings were ready. They were send back next day delivery and we were given a time slot so we didn't need to wait in all day. When the rings arrived they were even better than expected. We can now keep our boy with is wherever we go. Thank you for making this possible for us.”
