“Before ordering my selected product, I rang to discuss a number of questions and was immediately put at ease with the answers I received. Confident in placing my order, I waited impatiently but knew it would be approximately eight weeks before delivery. On receipt, all my expectations were fulfilled. A beautiful product, much larger than the pictures seen, but realised it was subject to ring size. The product you have created is a beautiful memory of my late wife which i am proud to wear and is regularly commented on when worn. Thank you Cherished Urns. It has been a pleasure being a recipient of your services.”

“Superb customer service! I really wanted my cremation pendant to be delivered for a certain date and the receptionist (Think her name was Claire) went above and beyond to help make that possible at short notice. The pendant was excellent quality, easy to use and just as described. Many thanks , I will definately be coming to you again and recommending you to others.”

“The tea light urn looks good and heavy to the feel. The built quality is very good. What it lacks is an inscription which I had to carve out a piece of wood to stick on.”

“Amazing service from cherished urns ! Quick but personal. Absolutely in love with the ring I bought with a keep sake of my beloved horse in (animals are family too) They were versatile with my order and were able to use hair instead of ashes.
