“Loved the two bears. One is for my grand daughter and one for great nephew in rememberance of their great gran. They were so close to their great gran Anna lockheart. These will be great memorise. Have put some of my mums ashes in them for the children to have a bit of their gran always”

“I’m very pleased with the ring I had made by cherished urns. I combined a small amount of my nans, dads, brothers & my moms ashes & sent they to be made in the heart ring. The thickness & quality of the ring is very good. Wearing it brings me great comfort. Thankyou”

“After 15 wonderful years with my cherished pet dog she sadly passed away. I felt lost without her and so had some of her fur put into a ring so she can still be with me. It is a beautiful piece and I absolutely love it. Would highly recommend x”

“The urn is beautiful and came well packaged. My initial phone call with a very helpful lady I presume in Cornwall was very good. Subsequently I spoke to an American call centre - this was really bad and nearly put me off ordering. I sent an email and got no reply - think customer service could be better. Eventually ordered on line which was fine.”

With regards to how your telephone call was answered, we do have an overflow call handling company to ensure all calls are answered promptly if all of our team here are already on calls. This is fairly rare, and it certainly shouldn't have gone to an American call centre so I will definetly be following up with this! Thanks again for your feedback, it's is greatly appreciated. “I would definitely recommend this company as the service was outstanding, although I was quoted 3/4 weeks from receiving the ashes I received my ring in little over a week and was kept up to date with the process as it happened.”
