“Very pleased with the urn we ordered overall. The design and finish dwas lovely and it is heavy and of good quality. Only the lid seemed a little tricky to get on and off and seems slightly loose .”

“I purchased the teddy bear ! It was well made so soft . I was disappointed in the pouch for the ashes.. I emailed CS and they sorted it out and sent me a new pouch bag the very next day . I would recommend this company and would buy from them again .”

“Hi Shari I absolutely love my ring and it fits me perfectly. My feedback is that I wasn't informed of the delays due to issues with your gold supplier and the long easter weekend meaning the offices were shut. Having to chase up where my ring and ashes were did cause me some anxiety, however you did respond to my emails promptly and reassured me all was OK. Other than that I am really happy with my ring. Thank you Dawn X”

“I am very pleased with my recent purchase. Thi is the 5th piece of jewellery that I have purchased. I got 2 rings 1 for my Daughter and 1 for my Grandaughter, a pair of cuff links for my Son & a necklace for mysel from my Hubands/ Fathers ashes. Unfortunately 2weeks ago I lost my necklace so this was a replacement. Fortunately I had some ashes left from previous orders. I received my order within a week and am very pleased. Can't rate this Company highly enough. I have already recommended them to a friend who lost both her Parents within 2 months. She ordered 2 rings and was as happy as I was. Would recommend again if need be Regards A Robinson. A very satisfied customer”
