“Good price but aquarium left outside. The item was good price and arrived the expected day. The reason for one start is because the fish tank was left outside and online said that I had signed for the delivery. I was supposed to have signed it and then leave it outside where the picture was taken. It wasn't Charterhouse Aquatics but the courier company they used.”

“won課ｪt arrive on delivery day. got a email on delivery day to say they don課ｪt even have the tank yet . rang them to be told it might come tomorrow but they don課ｪt even have tracking to check”

“2nd time now there has been a delay with my live food and its arrived Dead!! This 2nd time I haven't even received the food requested a refund twice and all emails ignored. I am looking for a new supplier”
