“Really well made items, me and dog are very pleased that his crate is now lovely and filled and decorated with a comfy bed and his house collar makes him look very smart! Much easier for him to wear than our previous chunky collar from the pet store. Very happy I found Charley Chau! Will keep coming back on pay day”

“Even though my choice wasn't immediately available I was kept informed of what was happening and what alternatives there were. The emails had a personal touch to them that made me feel more than just an order reference. We (whole family) got excited when Walter's new bed arrived and laughed a lot when he promptly ignored it! He loves it now that he's used to it though.”

“I had a very positive experience in purchasing 2 dog beds for my whippets. I was so happy that you were able to ship internationally. The experience was very personal and I appreciated the extra care. The beds were expensive but worth every cent! My whippets especially love the ducky donut bed. I've washed it twice already and am impressed with the quality and workmanship. I love that you can purchase new covers and know it is something we'll be able to use for years.”
