“As always Charley Chau delivers on all fronts! First class service and wonderfully made products. Daisy loves her snuggly new bed. We popped a little fleece blanket in as well so she can snuggle underneath it. She’s like a teenager in the morning, we can’t get her up!”

“The service was great - prompt, friendly and very professional. My cocker spaniel loves everything I bought and the quality is fabulous. Finally it only took a few days to arrive from England and the shipping costs were much less expensive than I had expected.”

“Excellent service, kept me up to date with my order. The colour leather I wanted was out of stock, I was given the option of another colour/refund or wait till it was available, which I did. It arrived in the next ten days. The lead and collar is a beautiful quality leather, and perfectly finished. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or purchase again.”

“Lovely experience at Burghley Horse Trials. The ladies were really friendly and helpful and happy for our little mini dachshund to try out a few different beds and find the one she liked best!
