“In the last 7 years, I’ve bought at least 7 large snugglebeds, 3 covers, several replacement mattresses and our dogs love them. It took me a while to take the plunge as I worried my dog wouldn’t be able to use it without help, a couple of days of posting her into it with cheese and she nailed it! She’s nearly 8 now and uses her CC as a place of refuge from all things abhorrent to a whippet (rain, nail clippers, thunder, people that breathe too loud, anyone that wants to stroke her, anyone that doesn’t live in our house, the other dogs, taking worming tablets - everything really!) Recently, I made a mistake and had to return a bed I had ordered in error to swap, the team were fantastic. They helped me arrange the return and swapped what I needed with the same driver. I always think you don’t know what customer service is like at a company until something doesn’t go to plan but Charley Chau came through for me! I know they seem expensive but your dog will thank you and it will complete their little life.”

“Absolutely beautiful bed, my dog sleeps on his bed during the day when I am working from home. His bed is next to my desk and always snuggled in his bed to be near me when I’m working. Gorgeous!!”

“I have the original snuggle bed for my whippet which was a game changer for settling him for a full nights sleep! Was delighted to see the extra warm version and can confirm that the whippet continues to be very happy. Excellent quality, thoughtful colours and great customer service (kept up to date with delivery)....highly recommend for any burrowing 4 legged friend!”

“This bed is worth every penny. It is beautifully made, very well crafted and a pure joy for my dog. My doxie crawled into it immediately and slept for hours. It’s her favorite place now of all times!”

“This was my first experience buying from Charley Chau and I'm really impressed by both the quality of their beds and their customer service. I ended-up returning the first bed I bought as it was too small for my dog, the team at Charley Chau organised for it to be picked-up and a larger bed sent out without any fuss or complications; it was as easy as picking-up the phone and explaining the issue. I've got so used to anonymously buying online via Amazon that the whole experience of dealing with Charley Chau was both charming and a reminder of how nice it is to buy from makers who are proud of what they do and the quality service they provide.”

“A lovely warm and chic dog blanket, which is an attempt to restrict our spaniel to one part of the sofa only! So far, so good - she loves it. Delivery was incredibly prompt, too.”

“Our long, sinewy Bengal is too small for a cat bed and has been sleeping on a horrid old nylon sleeping bag. But now that his Charley Chau dog bed is here, he is making the transition. Looks like he’s loving it, thank you!”

“There are two main points of feedback: Paddy's bliss bolster bed and cushions are absolute pawfection. I hope the bed will last him a lifetime - I would far rather buy one good bed than several bad ones. An extra plus is that it's made here. There were external challenges when I ordered his bed but the customer service from Chloe was brilliant - she was so well-informed and her emails with updates were pitch-perfect.”

“Amazing yet again, ordered a few times before but ordered a new collar for my old girl Lucy, and service was second to none, it came before expected, and I knew collars are made to measure and take longer, and the quality was really good. Heres my two modelling their collars. Will definitely order more”
